Information we collect
We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you use the site:
- Account information. If you register, we store your name, email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, Facebook, Twitter or Discord, we receive your name and email from that provider.
- Contact and support requests. When you use the contact form, we store your name, email, subject and message so we can reply.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address until you unsubscribe.
- Payment information. Premium subscriptions are billed through third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment but never see or store your full card details.
- Usage data. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location — mainly through cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Content you submit. Files you upload to a tool are processed to generate your result and are not kept longer than necessary to do so.

We share it only with the service providers that help us run Toolzin — hosting providers, payment processors, email delivery services, and analytics/advertising partners (see our Cookie Policy) — and only to the extent needed for them to do their job. How long we keep it
We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and support/contact messages for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Files uploaded to tools are deleted automatically after processing.

Children's privacy
